Who you're dealing with

This store is operated by Sunrev LLC, based in Honolulu, Hawaii. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Sunrev LLC. By visiting this site or buying something from it, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use this site, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Products and pricing

We try to display our garments and describe them as accurately as we can. Screens vary, and the colour you see may not exactly match the garment you receive. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue a mark, or limit quantities at any time without notice. All prices are in US dollars.

Batches and availability

Our garments are printed in small numbered batches. Availability shown on the site reflects what's physically in a batch. If we're unable to fulfil an order because a batch sells out between your purchase and our processing it, we'll contact you and refund you in full.

Accuracy of what we say about our own work

We describe our garments as original marks drawn in the woodcut tradition and printed direct-to-garment in black in Honolulu, in small numbered batches counted by hand. That description is exact. We do not carve blocks, we do not hand-pull prints, and we don't claim to.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders with billing information we can't verify, and orders we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel your order we'll refund you in full and email you about it.

Your account and information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you order, and to keep it current. You're responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

Intellectual property

Every mark, drawing, photograph, and piece of writing on this site is the property of Sunrev LLC and is protected by copyright. Buying a garment buys you the garment. It does not transfer any rights in the artwork. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our marks or imagery without written permission. If you'd like to use something — press, editorial, a shop feature — email support@sunrev.com and we'll almost certainly say yes.

Your content

If you send us comments, photos, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish them in connection with our business. We won't be obligated to keep them confidential or to pay for them. We'll credit you where it makes sense to.

Prohibited uses

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the site's operation.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We don't guarantee that your use of this site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our products are provided as-is, except where a warranty cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunrev LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunrev LLC and its officers, contractors, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest stays in force.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory law of the country in which they live.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version posted at the time you place an order is the one that governs that order.
